Devices not showing on Alexa

Hi,

I have two blinds (plus two remotes) paired with the dirigera hub, working fine controlling within the home smart app. Setup the integration within the ikea smart home app and connected with Alexa with new skill enabled. However from Alexa there's no blinds detected so i cannot voice control them. Already tried resetting devices and disable/ enable the skill, no luck still.  Help appreciated.

Hej  @sokwanching, thanks for reaching out! We’ve passed this information to our development team who will look into any integration issues with Alexa. In the meantime, can you check in the Alexa app and see if your blinds appear under ‘All devices’?

Otherwise, you can also try to disable integration, reboot your hub and test to enable Alexa integration again. Let us know how it goes!
